I tried re-coding the exported project using windows movie maker, which created a sync problem that drifted. When I play the file in Quicktime, the delay is about 500 ms, and the rewind trick doesn't work. But if I click the progress bar to 'rewind' the video a little bit, it syncs perfectly. I've tried importing and exporting the audio and video using about every possible combination of settings in lightworks, but I get the same problem: when playing the exported file in windows media player, the audio lags by about 300 ms. The video was transcoded using windows media player to fps (the only option as far as I can tell), and the audio was transcoded in Audacity to 44.1 khz (the only option as far as I can tell). The audio and video were recorded using the same device (webcam), but transcoded separately (because I will be combining several video and audio tracks in the final project). My problem is that when I export my lightworks project, the audio and video are no longer in sync, even though they were in sync inside lightworks (11.5 free version) My audio and video are on separate tracks in lightworks, so I had to sync them manually, which worked fine until I exported. 1 Audio out of sync after export Posted by DavidGines - 10 Mar :38 I realize that audio/video sync problems are discussed a lot in this forum already, but I have not been able to find a solution that works.
